Wild weekend

Well this weekend ended up being a little crazy. I guess that is both good and bad. I partied a lot. So on Friday I drank at Taryn's place and then we went to the Toad. Well I ended up getting a little too tipsy and ended up back at my place and well I wasn't alone. So I experienced my first hookup since me and Matt broke up and I think I have mixed feelings about the whole thing. Well the guy I hooked up with was very manly and such a gentleman. He was very different from the guys I usually end up with (nice change). He made me feel very good about myself and that is definitely not something I was doing a lot of lately. I feel bad because I'm not ready for a new relationship yet, I'm just too emotionally fragile and I just hope that he understands. I also feel kind of guilty that I've ended up hooking up with anyone already. It just feels too soon to be back on the singles market.

Well I ended up being pretty hungover on Saturday so you'd think that I would take it easy right? Wrong! Old Shannon made an appearance and pulled it together and pre-drank with Ryan and then we met people at Blush. Well Blush is not my kind of bar so we ended up leaving and going to Carlos and Murpheys for some food and I think that was one of the best decisions I have ever made cause the food was amazing.

I wasnt hung over the next day but I was definitely feeling a little slow. I had a staff meeting and then I went home and relaxed before bed. This was one of the longest weekends I have had. Maybe its because I hardly got any sleep. Now I have to spend the rest of the weekend trying to catch up on some zzz's and the chores that I've neglected. Oh well it was definitely a good weekend.
