So I am the type of person that knows what kind of music I like but I dont know what its called (or if it has a category at all) or how to find it. So Matt introduced me to this website called Last FM which you sign into (its free) and it keeps track of the songs you listen to on your computer and it finds people who listen to similar music to you and compares your soundtracks. So if the other person listens to everything that you listen to but also listens to something else, they would recommend it for you. This is great for those of you (me included) that have a hard time finding new music. It also has a radio station and chat. I've just started using it so I dont know its full potential yet but so far it seems like a pretty awesome thing.

You should give it a try. Just be warned that if you use it on a shared computer and you dont log out, then if someone else listens to music, it will record that other music on your profile. So if you have a little sister that likes New Kids on the Block or something like that, it will show up on your profile and it may skew your results.
