Interesting events at IMAX

So this evening I had to work at IMAX in the box office. I figured it was going to be a weird/bad day because I just had that feeling. I had a bunch of grumpy/impatient people right off the bat. Also one of the shows was advertised at the wrong time so a bunch of people showed up at the wrong time (never good).

So near the end of my shift a guy came up to the window with a story that his truck was parked out back (of portage place mall) and he ran out of gas but he didnt have a container. He tried to fill up a window washer container at the gas station but that is illegal. So he was asking me for money (not a place to buy a gas can) that he could borrow. While he was "borrowing" this money, he would give me a case of chicken and his id to hold on to.

Well his story didnt make any sense because in the beginning he was saying that he didnt have a container to put gas in, not that he didnt have any money. So he wanted me to give him IMAX's money as a loan. So obviously I didnt give him any money and the police ended up arresting him a half an hour later because they suspected him of robbing a store in city place. So I had to talk to the cops to tell them what the guy told me and I may have to testify if they need me to. Wow, just another day at Portage Place Mall.
