Wild wonderful weekend

Wow the weekend sure goes fast. On Friday I attended a going away party for Darryl from IMAX. It was at Bailey's and it was super fun. I left early to meet Tammy, Rai, Jess and Rob because we were all going to Tammy's place for her boyfriends birthday party. It was a late start for a party but it was a really good time. I left around 5am and walked in that awful cold but I would have to say that it was worth it cause I had a good walking buddy. I went to bed at 6am and my inner alarm woke me up at 7:30am on Sat (which is rediculous).

So Sat evening I was going to Ryan's for our Xmas potluck. I had a mean hangover that I was trying to cope with. But I still managed to wander around the village in search of my secret santa present. There was a pretty good turn out and I'd have to say that everyone pulled out the stops. There was so much awesome food that I ended up eating way too much. We played Cranium and Scattegories and had a blast. I think board game night will definitely return in the near future.

So today is Sunday and I actually got to sleep in (probably to make up for the lack of sleep from the rest of the weekend). I've been moving super slow all day. I managed to clean up my apartment which definitely needed it. I had plans to watch movies later but they got cancelled. boo. Oh well I think today is definitely going to be a lazy day, so I'll enjoy that.
